Are we going bust here? Must have fallen 65% now in 6 weeks?!
I was under the assumption this collection of businesses would be able to keep running albeit possibly at a reduced rate, but the price action is starting to worry me.

Directors selling again! Not a great sign that they think the business is undervalued really is it? Especially at £1.50??

Either way the drop today is probably overdone. It’s back to the price it was at before the FSP started and the business is certainly on a more upward trajectory than it was back then. Selling today is pure frustration and I nearly joined them this morning to be honest. I’m going to hold as I still think there is a recovery to be made and I think we’ll see 40 again pretty soon proving no negative news follows in the coming months.

Can’t help but feel misled by the board. How has it taken around 9 months to determine that no suitor would provide an acceptable offer? We were told multiple suitors were in the data room and more and more were showing strong interest just very recently. Suggests they were desperate for a bumper bid and it wasn’t going to come. Why it’s taken so long to come to that conclusion is the concerning bit for me.

Just topped up here. Drop looks overdone given the growth potential here and the prospective PE.

Look like good results to me. Just topped up as they are clearly keen to sell and I think we'll see a swift sale from here. The buyers were waiting on the trading update which I hope they will see as positive. Can see this one rocketing today.

How utterly incompetent are these directors? Bad news after bad news, incapable of forecasting anything like actual performance or realising the magnitude of their many accounting errors. No faith that they will deliver on their 2020 targets either, but may as well stick it for the long haul as they've already reduced my investment by about 70% in a few months and seems pointless selling as they could well be a rebound later this year if they can show some sort of turnaround is underway.

Overdue a trading update?

Surprised to see this one down today! Expected a push towards 120. The tide may be turning however in the last half hour, and could finish off strong this afternoon. Suspect, those that got in recently on the back of tips may have sold out for a healthy 30 - 40% profit within a month or so, but IMO this has a long way to go.

Worrying that the board thought it appropriate to buy back shares at a premium, when they knew they were going to post a profit miss and would have had the opportunity to pick them up far cheaper.

Good news released today, but still the share price falls?
