With todays RNS, I take it that it is full steam ahead on Hypromag's USA FID, as it is extremely unlikely they would unnecessarily start cash burn now if funding wasn't very close and on terms they are comfortable with. That fact that they left FID by Q2 in their latest presentation is telling.

We then have a Hypromag USA listing to look forward to probably in a years time realistically. This could be huge.

And a very near term catalyst is the MKAR listing which should really highlight the inadequate valuation on AIM against peers and force an uplift.

Time will tell, but I remain very bullish here.

Things are just getting worse and worse here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were on an unlucky run for about a year, but sold months ago when I decided it was serious mis-management rather than luck. The subsequent RNS's since have revealed even more negative case outcomes for sizable sums as well. Struggling to see a positive outcome for investors here.

No worries. What they decide will probably tell us something about how strong the panel is, and how much emphasis they place on efficiency and stamping out time wasting.

Yes, a decision on bifurcation is currently pending following Morocco's request, but in the meantime, the schedule needs to be stuck to. If it gets rejected, then there is no change to current schedule. If request granted, schedule gets revisited and updated and timeline slips.

And btw, 65%+ of bifurcation requests are declined, so I'm expecting the same here.

7p+ doable pre-award, as that would be circa 10% market cap to claim value. 2 year wait for it most likely but that's pretty good going return wise if it materialises. EPP is here to create an infrastructure project which will deliver jobs to the community, it's not EPP's job to tell them where to live. All they can do is provide the work, and if Barrow and the surrounding area has what people need, then people will live there from senior staff to the cleaners. If it doesn't they won't.

If Casale miscalculates material costs or overspends by 5 million on the agreed scope, Casale eats that loss, not Atome. That is literally what fixed price means and why Atome will pay a premium for the guaranteed cost. I'm not sure why this keeps coming up. Only in the event of force majeure or if Atome plc extend the scope or change something would the cost to them potentially rise.

Fair point on the President Energy history, but you're ignoring the £1.4bn Imperial Energy exit, which delivered huge returns for shareholders (25p to 1250p). Levine has shown he can deliver massive scale when the asset is world-class. Given the de-risking that has already occured here and the very favourable macro environment I think this is a very good risk adjusted bet right now but just need to be patient, which most are not. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.

Very unlikely that any future dilution would occur at a price under 60p. The 60p fundraise was obviously required to get the deal over the line, but we now have a future asset to show for it - it's just a matter of waiting a few years now. As construction progresses the SP will rise. We also get management fees from now on as well, which can be used for working capital, rather than having to do small fund raises to keep the lights on whilst we await income. Personally I'm not expecting any further (certainly significant) dilution until potentially FID on next project which will be some time away and you'd hope at a much higher share price.

Flundra - What are you expecting in regards Pulawy? We were granted Strategic Project Designation under CRMA , but haven't applied to the Polish government yet, so there is nothing for them to approve within the 15 months. The balls in our court, not the Polish governments I believe. Only when the complete application is made, will the 15 month deadline begin. I believe the nasdaq listing will unlock the funding required to complete the EIA/DFS/FEED required for the application so could be another 2-3 years realistically until approval. Given how slow the company has been to progress other things, I'd expect the latter.

Time wasting attempt that is all. Hopefully the panel tells them no fairly promptly, and we stick to the schedule.

Agree that it will recover in time. This year is a write off though, and those hoping for a speedy recovery and return to normal in a few months will probably be wrong. One to watch and jump in if its gets unnecessarily hammered in the next few months.
