Stock picking has become so much harder in the last few years, and the info available is mostly out of date or misleading. It's more like gambling now.

I'm not saying it is, but it is one way of taking 'their hard earned' from the masses. It's more likely to harm smaller businesses than huge corps. Dollow the money, who benefits.

And how much of this is orchestrated and deliberate....

I still have a suspicion that a deal 'has' been done, but after the last week I just wonder if there will be any going back to negotiate a lower price.

Your valuation of TLWs stake in Jubilee is vague at best and skews the valuation you have given - but I see where you are coming from.

At 50p I don't think the IIs would be interested after such a big drop, and then other majors may become interested. Otherwise, off load Kenya and Uganda - reduce the debt and up the drilling in Guyana, and after any commercial strikes possible look at farming down.

I agree, but if the BOD were remotely concerned about the tanking share price then they could have released more than one positive RNS recently, eg Gas Flaring.

Exactly, we are all aware of the saying 'everything is for sale at the right price'. In TLWs case 'a business with some problems is attractive at the right price'.

From what I can see nothing is in the public domain - so we have to try and read in between the lines, the lack of RNS is either a clue or a worry.
