No RNS for gas flaring and increased production - has a T/O North of 100p been sealed....with a non disclosure agreement.

The current share price doesn't not reflect the true value of the company / assets. Provided there is no corporate wrong doing then this will recover.

Ps a few yeard back the debt was nearly £5b and the share price was around 250p plus at times

Why would it go belly up ?

Someone who has a suspicious mind, might think the destruction has been deliberate. There has been no attempt by the BOD to halt the share decline. Even if there is more than one item of good news - it is unlikely we will get the same rise as if the news was released individually. If there is no good news then what have the BOD been 'doing' ?

The only thing that could possibly justify the silence is if a T/O at a reasonable price has been done. Despite our share price - the majors still know that a T/O anything less that 150p is great value for them.

The deal has probably been 'done' - will be above 70p

It's an opportunity for someone to really make a name for themselves - the assets are there.

The new CEO could still be getting his back room staff together

The cheap T/O is my first concern and the lack of RNS info has not reduced my concerns - so I have been averaging down.
