Mrd, I see your point, borrowing is fine - but TLW would be struggling to meet their existing repayments. Buying out TOTAL in Jubilee was a thought.

If there isn't a T/O at a sensible price, then they survive the oil war by selling off assets one by one

Save that for Wednesday :)

Stock picking has become so much harder in the last few years, and the info available is mostly out of date or misleading. It's more like gambling now.

I'm not saying it is, but it is one way of taking 'their hard earned' from the masses. It's more likely to harm smaller businesses than huge corps. Dollow the money, who benefits.
