Oil giant BP has announced it is pausing all shipments of oil through the Red Sea after recent attacks on vessels by Houthi rebels.

It made the decision because of the "deteriorating security situation" though said it was a temporary move.

A number of freight companies have also suspended their ships after being targeted by Houthis in Yemen.

On Monday, one of the world's largest shipping firms said it would no longer carry Israeli cargo via the Red Sea

It has been going on for over a decade and even with oil prices at an all time and with Tullow still being a darling of the stock market it did not happen. When Tullow needed to sell assets, they had no interest for Kenya.

It is only a few desperate people who think this will come good. Follow the money, no IIs are buying here, just one big fish who could bag a take over bargain if he decides to.
