The negative is that due to being so financially constrained TLW may not be able to attract anyone decent.

When the debt was nearly $5B, the SP was many times what it is now - that tells the real story.
What funds have TLW received for these sales ? Furthermore, the deals you refer to are assets being exchanged for cash to pay debt.
Total assets = 4.05B Total Liabilities = 4.32B
