Fres may have to pay - they haven't been ordered to pay - this dispute has been known for some time.

A claim like this could go to arbitration and take years.

It could take a lot longer. If the company has such potential why then has it not been bought out on the cheap.

Although Fres has had some poor/flst updates I will still add before the next one.
