So you're 20% down on non-news.....

They have averages over £4.00 and some have averages over £7.00, have they tried to average down.....

All of those institutions are massively underwater, and most will have written this off as most of them have averages over £4.00

I called the 'leak' on 6th June.

Any decent company would have released a RNS at 7am - briefly detailing the discussions etc. As a way of warning their shareholders to expect price action.

It is a gamble because the management can not be trusted.

You say it's a 'strong buy' but a 100% gamble ?

When the OP pulled back on Monday TLW kept rising . The lack of communication from TLW could be described as negligent.

It just shows how the 'experts' on here get played - and the 'experts' thought 'shorters would burn'.

Confidential talks collapsed - why has it impacted the SP ?

The 'experts' should be asking why the collapse of confidential talks have caused the SP to tank.............

Merger talks are supposed to be confidential - the sp rises then pulls back when the talks collapse. Leaky leaky.

Shorters borrow shares and sell them at strategic times. Some borrow and may not sell any or only sell a portion depending on the circumstances.

How do you know how many shares the shorters have sold ?

According to the 'experts' on here shorters were going to burn when a Kenya deal was announced :)

Making a joke or prediction is very different from a blatant lie. Are you at such a loss that you can't handle reality. Mind you, the future doesn't look good for your homeland - debt, open borders and more wars.
