There has been a nice delay in FRES reacting to PM movements - last Wednesday afternoon and first thing this morning.

Anton partially doxing me and making veiled threats took the 'abuse' to a new low, but this has not been forgotten.

The war as you put it is on 'reality' - just because some on here have a realistic outlook doesn't make them a shorter. None of these ramping experts could ever back up their opinion with facts and even after the latest Kenya news this SP is around 13p.

The market is far smarter than you and that's why the SP did not rise with this Kenya deal.

Other than the $80M, it is typical TLW jam tomorrow.

To get a better deal, after all of the money TLW have put in they deserve to gain from first oil. The biggest issue in TLW finding a partner was the GOK.

If the Kenya deal hasn't been finalised then the first thing the new CEO should do is to review this agreement.

TLW consider withdrawing from this Kenya deal.

TLW have been far from transparent and RD has been a dreadful failure. I called them out in particular with regard to the gas deal and these figures being included with oil production - but the experts on here would not listen.

First oil and then Gulf Energies need to recoup their costs of an estimated $3.5B, before TLW get to benefit from their back in right.

That 30% is at least 8 years away, and TLW could easily be taken private by then.

The ideal scenario was that the new CEO, would come up with a maverick Kenya deal as in. TLW give the asset back to the GOK, on condition TLW keep 10k BOEPD, and claim back an agreed amount of expenses from first oil. But no, it was effectively given away.
