It appears Dumper 2.0 (or 2.1) is back in full flow - selling at or around 14.25p Another late reported trade has just appeared from Wednesday. Same modus operandi.

Another late trade of 40000 shares dumped. This is all good though as it reduces their stock ahead of the expected positive news.

Speaking of nuts - and it gives me a chance to say "everyone's a fruit and nutcase" (I'll get my coat) - we should also have quite a stockpile of the them building up now for processing in Q3. Approx. 550tn after Q1.

RNS says results now due week commencing 5th June.

Evening Herman. I mean that, although they've made their profit by buying at 10p/11p and dumping at 13p ish, they have now realised the error of their ways and are now stockpiling again - at what are still ridiculously cheap prices - before repeating said dumping in the future, i.e. selling in to strength. Of course it may have nothing to do with gatherer/dumper and this is all just a complete coincidence/wild speculation in the history of the DKL boards whilst we await further news! The main thing is we're heading in the right direction. :)

We have to hope that Gathering Guy and Dumper Dude ver 1.0 (as opposed to Biopalm / 2.0) aren't one and the same person. Otherwise, more dumping in the pipeline.

Sale price now dropped to 13.8p for anything up to £20000 worth. FK1, my buy limit without going to market = 10k at 14.36p so there is definitely a shortage of liquidity. It's almost unheard of to get a quote on my entire holding without going to market. lol @ dumper dude type price.

Temporary respite as the prices have dropped back about 0.2p Something is afoot.

Hello. Yes, Lincoln J Moore definitely said May (or 'next month', i.e. this month) in the recent Justin Waite puff piece. Last year it was 14th April, so we're already a month past then and assuming they'll want to avoid half term/bank holiday week, it must be any day now. On the plus side, we are approaching this news from position of strength (relatively speaking). This is in contrast to the last 12-18 months where the positive news has only managed to reverse previous falls in the SP.

Results due within days, exact details re divi and expansion news. Still bargain basement prices.

Some nice early trades above 15p. Just saw 15.75p. Was quickly dumped back down to 14p as expected. Now back at 15.5p

I too can see the benefit of the deal to take control of 100%, and Biopalm had an option to convert to shares if the second option (i.e. after 6 months had elapsed) was not taken up in any case. What is annoying though is that accountants, lawyers, milkmen and any other tom/dick/harry being paid by shares and diluting existing (loyal) shareholders. FK1 should be congratulated for continuing to hold the board to account on this, even if it is falling on deaf ears.

Morning Phil/FK1. The reason I suggested Biopalm was because this persistent selling has only commenced since we hit 13.25p, i.e. their break even point from the shares they received in lieu in January. This is the first time we have been at this level (consistently) since last spring/summer, which was before Biopalm took control of a whole load of shares that they don't want. They want the cash, they wouldn't have sold their whole stake otherwise. I believe dumper 2.0 to be different to 1.0 in that the original dumper sells once into strength on news and isn't seen again for a while. The BOD claiming not to know who the persistent seller is I presume would refer to dumper 1.0, not 2.0 who I am more confident by the day to hazard a guess as to be Biopalm. In terms of ceasing the payment of people in shares, on these boards we have been pushing for this for some time but it keeps happening unfortunately.

We still have at least two large sellers operating incognito. Until these are cleaned out, it is holding us back from our true value. It's very difficult to get excited about 1.35p in old money, albeit a welcome improvement from 1.1p/1.2p/etc. of a few weeks back.

LeMajor, the "quarterly" Q1 figures were released last Monday. We had some very positive buying off the back off those figures, but a major seller in the background - possibly Biopalm Energy Limited - stopped any momentum. The "1/2-yearly" H1 2017 will be released in early July, after the first half of the year. The full 2016 results (the 2015 version of which was released on 18th April 2016) are now due out in May 2017. Details of the maiden divi will be included, as this is the correct time for its details to be released. We are also awaiting further news on expansion plans.
