I agree, although it's frustrating, if Art knows that a suspension and reopen at a fair price is the outcome regardless of how the discussions conclude JV or TO, then he is arrogantly just going to wait for the end game to play out. I'm sure if that does happen and we come out the other side at a much higher SP, dare i even say with a divi, I think most will downgrade the emotions towards him.
Although it's not OK, it is no wonder why ART looks down on us unsophisticated investors with distane.
There is an NDA in place, yet its really obvious what is going on here, and for those who prefer it to be spelt out to them, I really think you will get that very soon.
In the ocean depths so deep and vast,
Lies Arthurs successful history with Oilex co, a 100 bagger that wasn’t built to last,
COPL's journey began with a quest,
To explore and extract oil & gas from Mother Nature's nest.
Arthur’s vision was a legacy to last, but also making his friends & families wealth so vast.
From Africa's shores to the Wyoming flats,
Finally, Arthur was singing with some facts,
A billion barrels, found neither as an accident or by chance,
But how would he get it out of the ground, I hear you ask?
In the years that followed, PI’s faced some strife,
Low pressure, bad weather, & wax in the pipes,
The RBL even though promised, was no longer in sight,
As the bondholders although necessary, continued to crash the share price,
Many a shareholder was angry and dismayed, would they see profit or delay after delay.
With a JV with Exxon or continental finally in sight, Arthur falling off his chair, and suddenly the future looked bright,
The weather improved, CC’s production stopped being light, COPL wasn’t going to go down without a fight,
The JV’s expertise was soon to take flight, and up on the Frontier sprouted pipe after pipe,
All of the PI’s cheered with delight, the bondholders were paid off and up shot the share price.
Shorter’s burned and were sorely out of pocket, long term holders were reward with a massive great rocket.
Stas, your statement appears to present a scenario where there is a possibility of a positive outcome, such as a JV, which could potentially lead to increased production and profitability. However, you also acknowledge the risks involved and the uncertainty of the situation, with the possibility that any of the assumptions made could turn out to be untrue.
Your statement also expresses a reluctance to sell at this time, which suggests a long-term investment strategy or a belief in the potential of the company to perform well in the future.
Overall, you seem cautiously optimistic of the potential for success in the future, while acknowledging the risks and uncertainties involved.
Very balanced IMO.
Not happy about the possibility of 1B shares, but not worried. I still work out that we could get to a minimum £1 per share with that many in issue. However, that is worst case as we do not know that we will actually have that many shares in issue at this moment in time. Possibility yes, fact no.
