Did a dummy sell for 100k and viola, gave me a sell quote at 25.506 - and the buy price is 36p.

Your March figure of 1.9m goes up to 4.6m negative in the Sept interims. The gap has to close however the deal is struck. If there is no problem, the BOD are clearly poor at communication. How can they be looking at share buybacks?

As I said, its akin to a heavily out of the money warrant. If the MTFB sp graph is a slow gentle rise then the warrants [company] have a risk of expiring - very sharp large rise and over a certain level, the gearing is huge.

No. They would let it rise. I like MTFB very much but I’m very bearish macro wise . So it wouldn’t surprise me if warrant holders wanted to lower their risk. I don’t know their risk perception but hedging makes sense. But, it may be so small it doesn’t matter. We’ve had a few 32p jobbies and jimbotecstock was the expert on arbitrage and hedging.
