Clearly a large holder [bigger than I thought] wishes to depart atm - thats where we are. Its very volume sensitive as we saw last year when 5m sold decimated the sp.over a few months - and that is causing the problems here now as half of that bought at 21pish is being recirculated.

I stand corrected. One director has to buy £16 k a year as per his contract. But he spent approx £100k in 2014 - assume when he joined. The drop from 60p to 20p was net selling of around 5m. It came to a crescendo at 20–23p - 3m.volume Imo, this 30pc profit block is giving liquidity in this zone. That’s my guess So even though small float, there’s a mini liquidity pool within. This should settle through reallocation which looks close. Some hold for big gains, some for modest. All part of the consolidation after good news

Check prices they bought in. 2 directors have put around £200 k in. And there are rightly entitled to options in for smaller salary so that’s a lot for a pharma - mtfb - zero directors buys. This is actually one of the pluses for me - they didn’t need to put cash in.

Suggests near completion of the overhang( which is larger than I thought) cause they would never bid for that volume at all if large overhang left - would go to no quote available at this time as it did with the HL dump. It’s the only way to read this one. You can play lots of games with us poor PIs with a chunk of stock in this one . It’s fascinating what tactics are used with a small float.

Rise from 20 to 27 was approx 3m and the vol today and yesterday - 3m.

Reckon thats what has been recycled for a profit but with different holders - simplistic but ties in - in principal.!!

we often have days where its up 10% then down 10% on the same day [and vice versa]

It just reversed 6% on 25k vol in 5 mins.

You can now buy the share at the same price it was when it had risk - look at the share not the trading imo - well you can't as its NT - as usual.

2] NT on and off
3] No consistancy with delayed reporting [see today]
4] Nex trading - delayed as well.
5] massive spread for volume
6] many newbies bought at 22p recently

and so on.

So this volatility [where 10& daily movements is the norm] will give many traders a heart attack and hence the going in, going out cycle.

Which means just holding is the less stressful strategy.

Focus on the company not the daily antics is imo..

If your trading I would expect this to bounce off 30 and then calm - pure guess.

lob a 100k sell and you can drop it 7% - its easy and a few know it and have fun - small float sydrome!!

Quite. Virtuous long term holders here merely state what’s in the the public domain and add an educated opinion. It’s all there in black or white, how you interpret it is up to you. Mentioning prices is irrelevant unless you evaluate directors buys since 2016 ( and iis). All shares by definition are a punt - determing the odds is the key 🔑

100k 31.2 v 40.625.- thats what told me something was up yesterday - before the RNS but the sp was down 2% on 10k buys and sells.

Bet you over half the trades are traders going in and out - many losing money.
