Cheers. The co seems very active and widespread in service provision but doesn’t make any profit. Are there are 5 yr forecasts showing how they will make sustainable profits. You would have thought running 111 would make cash. Is this a growth kicker as efforts to alleviate pressure on the nhs continues Seasons greetings etc

Love the optimism Ian but even you have to admit a draft contract is bugger all. If it was final stages, there may have been some light but as it stands - they have missed their own target and tried to flower it up in a very lacklustre way.

The industry is a great area to be in prime facie but if no bugger ever signs anything, is it.?

I posted before, the 5 year MOU in Namibia with their own police dept rang alarm bells for me - a 5 yr MOU is just meaningless. I do not understand why airport security is the only sector where no one knows what the contract process is. Why is it so bloody complicated - anyone?

1] It falls outside sanctions but there might be a SPV -we can all read the papers but please state relevance to WSG and spell out what is outstanding so people can take a view
2] Draft contract - meaningless - failed y/e target brushed under the table. Thought they weren't commenting on individual MOUs
3] We have completed a contract on time - better than not completing it but hardly something to boast about.

Yu misrepresented the status of the company - there's an implied warranty that the books and records are materially correct. They aren't and weren't so now YU is minus 12m quid.at best.

What don't you get OJ If someone sold you a car, you pay and get in to drive off to find there is no engine; are you going to say, well done boys, you got me and I believe you will try not to do this again or would you get angry and sue them?
