Bit confused with not being a competitor with vanc. Why was it used as the comparator and if vanc not being used for renal impairment cases , what is? And why was the broker research note comparing costs with vanc?

trades at 28.8 are sells and the bid is now 30 for 50k bid going up after sells doesn't make sense - or does it??

A co with mcap at 20m, needs 2m to keep the lights on with no commercial deals - just collabertation - would normally be sold down to say 3m on remote hope value.

Yet its still at 20m mcap. - with a high chance it can't get a measly 2m.

Maybe there is something in the background cause AIM is never that nice.

No mention of cash position but a divesture , with no indicative value.

with the sp now at 2.1p , thats the open offer out of the window.

In reality its at a 25% premium cause the vol on the increase on those indicative only RNSs was very low.

So they would have disclosed if material in para 1 but they haven't disclosed what you think they should disclose in para 3.

Well the good news is that everyone is positioned either way - other shares having very poor day so safest share on AIM again!

I’m out on the hopeful large spike. Don’t like small cap tech stocks atm although this one has better potential than many others as less of a make or break company.

Puts uncertainty to bed. Reasonable price and not stiffed. Directors cough up 25 pc.

If you know the share then you will also know of the sign that dilution is coming - we have not had that sign for over a year.
