They have 10% holdings in the others. Who knows what their plan is. So it’s not as straight forward as an arithmetic calc of disposals of one share in their portfolio when there’s simultaneous disposals esp when you don’t the current holdings.

Lastly, the price they attributed to each co is irrelevant when they are flogging to meet a payment. You sell the easiest.

Could get a quote for the first 2, no quote available for ORPH.

And the 25m was sold at a 10% premium to the placing.
Acacia wouldn't necessarily know who the iis are so they have to tout them themselves - I dunno, but you seem to want answers on every aspect in a fast changing scenario.

Acacia disposing to raise payment.
So looking at the Acacia agreement dated 04/06/20: An escrow payment of £35 million (part of the 224m deal) was required to be paid by the 6th business day after the 4th June. Hence I believe the dumping simultaneously of the PLC holdings which I assume allow quick return of funds.

Date of Agreement:04/06/20

Clause 5.7 If:
(a) the Escrow Amount is not received in the Escrow Account by the sixth (6th) Business Day after the date of this Agreement, at any time thereafter the Seller may terminate this Agreement.

As per the latest RNS Acacia sold 25 million shares in Open Orphan. Reducing from 6.51% >2.29%. We know they started reducing in Synairgen from the 8th June and almost certainly carried on reducing in yesterday’s high volume. Today was always going to be a difficult day owing to the above reasons and the need for Acacia to raise the down payment from the existing portfolio putting pressure on Synairgen SP. Once they are done selling we should get some fresh air and start moving up imo. DYOR.

So a 25m trade in the 5th is RNSs as taking place on the 8th. Now I’m sure the argument is it was reported after market hours.
Which means I wouldn’t trust the date threshold crossed which in turn means the remaining 13m shares started to be sold on Monday. ( when the SP crashed)

Oh and a nice little % error for good measure.
