It dropped to 6.75p for a nano second as the mms were caught on the hope like the rest of us and saw 6.5p - so they auto drop.
Then as peeps realise the amount, purpose and the BOD/ Holders buying in means that its probably a value accreditation raise and that they may have done some due diligence before parting with their cash, maybe? Thats why paying 1p more for their due diligence is cheap.
Clearly, if you are selling now, you don't the trust the BOD [or understand placings] - so why be here in the first place?
There are some strange people around.

If you can't see it is to add value and backed by the existing holders - sell up.

To be fair, ACACIA have to sell lots of the portfolio to pay back Starboard.
Link did a crappy deal imo but in this market maybe it was the only offer on the table,

Difficult to tell as it’s sort of in 2 parts , Acacia and the transfer to Starboard which in total is around 18% .
But the good news is that they aren’t dumping and trying to get a reasonable price over time.

short term re-rate will occur when the RNS saying ACAIA /Woodord are out.

has now fully researched the company, its a bit pointless of me to post this from the results:

In February and November 2019, Glycotest Inc. issued in total 11,822,605 shares to Fosun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd ("Fosun Pharma"), a leading healthcare group based in China as part of a $10 million Series A financing deal, diluting the Group's interest in Glycotest by 21.85% to 65.65%

So effectivley, Foshun Pharma paid $10m for 21.85% of Glycotest.
