I liked the investments before the RNS.
But now, as opposed to merely realising them, the company has changed to being very proactive and another 8 investments added [ some covid adaptation ones] in conjunction with the Woodford overhang going - plus alot of insiders subscribing and with a 12 month lock in - very reassuring for PIs [ and rare on AIM stocks.
And you have an absolute base price of 7p with a portfolio of 16 investments - 16 chances of news and risk reduced by a factor of 16 when compared to a regular company.
A new company has been born imo.

Can't work the book out here - bid is very weak [ any sell over 250k is below 12p ] but there appears to have been no forward selling .
Think I'll wait and watch here as the underlying business looks good.

In February and November 2019, Glycotest Inc. issued in total 11,822,605 shares to Fosun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd ("Fosun Pharma"), a leading healthcare group based in China as part of a $10 million Series A financing deal, diluting the Group's interest in Glycotest by 21.85% to 65.65%

Series A financing (also known as series A round or series A funding) is one of the stages in the capital-raising process by a startup.

So Fosun Pharma invested $10m for 21.85% based on a START UP valuation they did.

Our 65.65% is therefore worth $30m on a START UP basis.

But as you know, it's now at its COMMERCIAL stage.

Does the value of a company increase after its start up if it goes commercial?

So a major Chinese pharma has given us a minimum value of 30m for just this one investment with a large likelihood of it being much higher.

I don't want to be rude but if your serious about getting into the market, you are going to have to learn how to value a company yourself - its not a precise exercise but you use as much info as poss to come to a view.
Today - you can see the traders and very peed off and the investors very happy. What does that tell you? But ignore posters, what does the BOD stumping up loads at 6.5p tell you? They are confident at that price [and they have done due diligence]so at least this can calm your nerves.
Meanwhile, appraise the value of EMV Capital which is what I am doing now cause atm, it looks like we have got a cracking deal subject to more research.
