Corporate wise all good but you won't get any sp movement until funding plan requirements are revealed - no mention in the letter which is poor.

Your right to the extent there was no disclosure of that entities structure to show it’s a clean divestment- not good from Nomad- it’s bloody obvious you have to be totally clear to the market as to who, price, why etc when it’s the CEO who know miraculously has offered to “save” the company last month.
Problem is no one polices this area of the market. And the rewards from inside info abuse can be extremely lucrative at the expense of us individual investors. We are knitting with one needle atm.

We all know everyone is loaded 50 % waiting for the CL terms to determine whether to add or not - which will come before any positive news - that’s what controlling means. I don’t like it and it’s all down to the nomad / advisors acting in the company’s interest and not the majority/ controlling shareholder.

Yep. It needs volume as very low comparatively speaking. Looking back at trades, 1139 two fair sized buys pushed the bid - one minute later two sells and back it went.
Low vol and a few will trade for 3%. Nothing wrong with it apart from being a bit boring- but investing is boring most of the time ! Esp in this climate.

What we now have is a verified value of 7.5m external investment and now 3.2m pa contract .
