I don't understand - patent law gives you exclusivity [for a period much beyond 2027] - nothing to do with the FDA and their jurisdiction - willing to learn or be corrected though!

Over 50% is held by IIs / directors. [more insiders than us mortals] No sales.
Directors buys 50-60p pre FDA - no buys since - you would have thought they would if they could?
Sells are probably being driven by their uncertainty and nervousness aided by a fairly weak market and weak medical sector vals atm.
Its a fickle market and some just bottle it - they know no more than anyone else - POLX does not leak.

They have said they we preparing for commercialisation in anticipation of FDA approval, initially targeting the top 100 hospitals..They have spent $8m on selling to date.
FDA have approved and therefore, in the absence of a RNS to the contrary, they are now commercialising the product.
They have also disclosed that they have 14.3m cash and is enough for a year.
What further details can they give until orders are confirmed ?

I can’t see any uncertainty- they have stated the business plan and in the absence of anything to the contrary, they are in the process of implementing it. Quite why we need a running vacuous commentary after 10 days is beyond me as an investor - the Current SP is irrelevant. And to suggest a placement when funded through to 2024 means you have little faith in the BOD. This is a unique opp and I’m sure they know exactly what they are doing imo.
