We don't have mv's -save PDS - as we have no idea of their financials.

Hence NAV referring to cost of investment is useless if none make any money

We have no financials for any investments so just accounting for how much money you have put in is meaningless.
We need reports and analysis on each holding to see if this is a bargain or full of soundbite duds - there is a total lack of info with is poor for a listed company.

NAV up when PDS has tanked?
Covering costs? Proaxis loan?. No value guidence at all.
Glycotest a 1.4m CL from Fosun - terms? Have they paid their last investment tranche? Why no RNS? Why no progress news? 3 year delay and counting. Now we are in bio and funding weakness zone - how will this proceed - assuming trials are eventually ok?

We have 23 investments, virtually no news on any - save PDS that has tanked - and a boast about a 300k trading profit.

NAV is meaningless - start managing and creating value and this year, everyone has been asleep.

Can anyone tell me why their costs are so low or were the first year of ops low due to it starting up?

Placement shares. Where have they gone?
1) vol pre placement v low so little if any forward selling
2) TSX shares have 3 month lock in from issue - late feb - any way to find out split?
3) None of major shareholders have issued any TR - v long time
Maybe they all took up the placement in ratio to their prior holdings.so maintaining reportable stakes? Having no TRs for this long from 6 companies and I individuals ( and exHSBC boss) to reflect dilution is strange.

Yep, having two international firms is clever. They will want use this as a blueprint for further work. And they are hardly likely to collude and risk both firms existence. Defo worth waiting for perfect deal.

I think this an excellent professional way to negotiate that should give both stakeholders a win/win deal which is what you want as the relationship is ongoing - its not 100% guaranteed to work but its a great model for all to "cover their behinds" while getting mutual benefits.

1] overall market poor, AIM poorer and Bio even more poorer - not BOD fault
2] No forecast so no investment appraisal poss.
3] Tech only good if you have funds to exploit it - they haven't and everyone knows - and its big bucks to go it alone.

As the BOD are too technical, their broker should step in and do a decent research note with forecasts and do what they are supposed to do and promote the company to thier clients - they won't as they are lazy and may more have other clients with opposing interests.
