I was bullish before today but I’m gobsmacked at the number and size of companies that are approaching the company. I’ve never seen this before it - I have no idea how far the sp will go - it’s uncharted territory.

Tucking a few away in the kids isa - even they understand the business model - best one on AIM.

Good consolidation here. A few 2p holders cashing in or slicing but more than offset by others who buy once seller out confirmed. The vol at the 2p level not large. Most holders are well under-water and haven;t waited this long to sell now, esp with what could be a very decent update.

7p placing last winter and the prospects best ever - in the safest jursidiction with licence - most on AIM still haven't heard of FME, preferring dodgy places with ridiculous mcaps.

Don't get spooked if you think the co is very undervalued, they fish for a reason

Interesting - 2 big buys on opening yet knocked it down 4% on a 115k sell 3o mins later.

Looks like they are fishing unless a big sell around 8.30am.

The placing was effectively a weighted placing at 16p taking into account future requirements - astute capital management and planning imo - bit boring the last few weeks but a small price to pay & shows quality management

Agreed but most holdings are illiquid and the sector is not much in vogue.

They should get some more listed holdings to broaden holding types.

Prob is they so undersell the company that the sp is to low to get a couple of mill in for such stuff.

At least Edison did a decent research note on Proaxis many years ago - now we know nothing about the company

Are just waiting for warrant conversion confirmation - as they are now out of the money and given the vol over past 10 days, it would appear to be complete.

Sellers sub 20p must have forgotten about this.

The implications should not be under-estimated.

We know the top line is great with 46% GP and recurring revenue but for any product, selling and marketing are usually necessary and large costs if your going to gain sales traction.

Not only have we had a large part of these costs removed from the financials, they are being footed by blue chip multinationals who aren't being forced to market Leakbot - they want to.

I have never seen such a perfect symbiotic - win / win business relationship.

Another area companies have problems with is the speed of market penetration - time costs money as it were.

No such problem here.

This is without doubt the most exciting early stage tech company on AIM and its unique cost structure will soon be recognised.

I think the orderly warrant conversions is coming to a close. Expect a sharp move up once confirmed imo. £1.2m in the bank and off we go 😂
