Just had a good chat with them. That announcement yesterday was clearance of the last possible stumbling block in completing the Nasdaq listing. Just the votes now for both companies which are all supportive of the move.

Because they are arrogant armchair knobs.

When all of you bought SMD, you would have filed out a W8-BEN that allows trading in US securities - if you don't fill one in, you cannot buy SMD [as it is a Delaware Corp]

You may have forgotten doing it but you did - I did one for HL a few months ago.

And, in terms of ISA holdings, NASDAQ is a major exchange and any share held on a 'major exchange' can be held in an ISA so they will still be tax protected. Any broker that removes them from the ISA wrapper is sub-standard and should be dropped asap!

In terms of what happens on Sep 8th on move to NASDAQ - simply put, any AIM #SMD holdings get converted to NASDAQ $MDAI (new ticker) holdings.

Thus, holders will hold the NASDAQ stock in US$ in their portfolios instead of SMD.

YOU ARE NOT GETTING RCLF SHARES - YOU ARE GETTING SPECTRAL AI INC SHARES IN EXGANGE FOR YOU SPECTRAL MD LTD SHARES.

Yep, it could pop anytime - tomorrow, next week - next month but pop it will and with 50% of shares not in public - they will become volatile.

If the BOD were smart they'd use some cash to buy a load of SMD at 48.55 and get 101 on Sept 8th.
