Right place, right model - high GP amd recurring rev - universal demand - product protected - good BOD and cash good - the 20p warrants will be converted without hitting the market making it a 16p weighted placing.

One company that you don't have to worry about or being overweight.

Very easy way for TB to demo sp variance and go some small way to rectiying it.

There has been the funding / CL factor hanging over the co for a year - he should issue CLs with 5 /10p conversion rates to demonstrate that even those rates are cheap.

The placing was effectively negotiated at 16p as the 20p warrants won't be hitting the market anytime soon, they will be locked up as you can't get hold of 6%
