Investments have great potential but we have no figures on any. Proaxsis sounds great but what are yr1 yr2 yr3 estimates? does it need funding? Zero details finance wise like the rest so we linger.
They need to produce a real update not a flowery one with “its great” but no £ guidance on any investment

So yes loyal but peed off until they get a grip. Cause one day subject to 2 they are going to have to raise.

It’s a MOU , it’s at least a year away , it’s the right place, right time investment at a low cost ( when green projects will be heavily supported by African sovereign funds) with a sig NPV mcap addition / and your worried about investing in such a project.

Strange why the discussion is about the low cost of the project without looking at the sig increase in returns.

Businesses work out cost verses revenue. Here we have a high IRR and low cost = good recurring profits - diversified because the sun always shines in Africa- so what’s the obsession with cost?
If your lucky enough to buy a house at 50k and sell it for 100k, are you concerned about the cost?

45mw off shore at 10 m/s will be double - $180m

My firm is working in this field as consultants and even a small 45mw farm - on shore , just 6.7.m/s at 100m produces a NPV of $90m, even more with GHG credits.[WACC 5%]
So with 10 m/s [the effect is exponential not arithmetic] offshore would give a 45mw farm double the on shore of $90m

But they will be looking at 300mw plus. This is where Adonis is getting his figure from.

Thats why I very much like this risk diversification - it is very smart imo
