Corporation (Nasdaq: PDSB), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing
novel cancer therapies based on the Company’s proprietary Versamune(®)
T-cell activating technology, today announced that it has been granted U.S.
Patent Application No. 15,724,818 titled “Novel HPV16 Non HLA-Restricted
T-cell Vaccines, Composition and Methods of Use Thereof” by the United
States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

The newly issued patent covers the PDS0101 immunotherapy which consists of a
combination of the Versamune technology platform with a unique mixture of
short protein fragments derived from the cancer-causing virus, HPV16. The
composition promotes the induction of killer (CD8+) T-cells by the immune
system that recognize, and attack cancers caused by infection with HPV16
irrespective of the patients’ genetic makeup.

I do agree that it is poor for NSCI to let Proaxsis release an update before a RNS - need to tighten up reporting controls - now. Have sent an e mail to them and will post reply if forthcoming

Today - Proaxsis produces an upbeat update year end summary but the antibody test has to be independently verified for CE and £3m wiped off mcap - £3m being the carrying fair value of Proaxsis - so it is now worth zero in the mcap after the bedwetting selling.

This is when you buy / add - when lunacy prevails.

There have not been opportunities to buy millions - check daily volumes - RSP for 1m is always around 2p over the offer currently 8.48p.

The significance of granting the CEO 6m options at 5.88p but not vesting for 3 years seems to have been overlooked by the market. Anyone selling around that price is clearly not an investor.

The BOD oif NSCI are responsible for investing - running the business is the job of each investee company BOD - they are the experts running it- they have to sort out day to day operations and glitches

If you doubt the merits of the capital light model, remember NSCI acquired the remaining 50% of Proaxis for £245,000 [with Edison valuing the company at £15.5m in 2019.]
