The directors of Frontera have entered into court proceedings that Outrider and Steve Hope have not met their fiduciary responsibilities as Directors it would surely be open to further court proceedings if they themselves didn’t meet this basic standard.

Surely he won’t want to go through with that. Maybe we now have a deadline for something to happen....

I think FRR had advice that regardless of Arb outcome GG couldn’t touch asset as stated in the J.J Carter letter.

Robert O’Brien said the US continues to expand the strong partnership between the two countries.

“Great conversation with Georgian PM Giorgi Gakharia. We discussed a number of issues, including Afghanistan, Russia, European energy diversification and progress on Middle East peace. We continue to expand the strong US - Georgia partnership,” he stated.

As previously mentioned I am in the wait until 31 Oct camp.

I vote wait until after elections.

It may be wishful thinking but if there is anything going on in the background that is in our favour I would rather not rock the boat. After the elections if GD are still there and no movement fine lets go at them. If West leaning Gov something is bound to happen one way or the other.

I agree with EkXoc give it until after the election.

jv123 I have read it and I believe its real. If it's fake they went to a hell of a lot of trouble. I didn't see any sensitive information but that's not to say there were other associated documents that form part of the arbitration result that we have not seen.

I think they would have to say if they are fake being a legal firm so potentially could assume silence confirms being genuine.
