Thanks Star
Looed would you give me the details for the dial in please. Thanks
Cheers mate. Will try and tune in.
Thanks Looed appears the clock is ticking. Confident they would not have allowed themselves to be served unless they had a get out of jail free card.
Seriously grasping at straws here maybe it’s a way of telling us we will have 150m to play with in 2-3 months.
I asked Frontera for clarification of ‘shortly’ in the recent correspondence and got this back from them. Nothing appears imminent.
As we have discussed, we are working through a transition at Frontera and we appreciate your patience. We hope to have more to communicate in the upcoming months.
Might be worth tuning into.

The press conference was at 12.30 didn’t hear anything about immediate membership unfortunately.
Time will tell. Kickmuck seemed genuine enough he never claimed to be close to the action just had snippets from the grapevine.
Kickmuck is still posting on RBW & EUA. Is anyone able to privately msg him and see if he has anything.

Bit of a coincidence the amnesty gets passed and Ivanishvili leaves politics. We will see how this pans out. For what’s it’s worth I think they can’t sign a deal until the opposition take up their mandate as any deal signed with a single party in parliament would look illegitimate and potentially open to challenge. This is just speculation obviously.
Parliament approved the amnesty bill
Parliament approved the amnesty bill
Parliament approved the draft bill on amnesty. The draft authored and initiated by the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee Mikheil Sarjveladze was adopted in the third reading with 83 votes.
The bill exempts from criminal liability and punishment those accused and convicted of certain crimes under the Criminal Code who committed the crime before 11 December 2020. In addition, persons convicted of a crime under Article 260 of the Criminal Code who have been sentenced to life imprisonment will be commuted to a term of imprisonment (20 years). Exemption from criminal liability and punishment is extended to real sentence of imprisonment, probation and probationary period, both to basic and additional sentences. A person who have committed drug crime, in addition to being released from punishment, will also have his/her rights restored under the Law on Combating Drug Crime.
The amnesty must be enforced within 1 month of the enactment of the law.

This is just speculation - but why the amnesty? Can’t really see why this would happen so soon after an election as one of the first things a government would push through. What if the price of Ivanishvili releasing his grip on power, as appears to be the case, is a guarantee he will be free from future prosecution.
Parliament Approves Draft Law on Amnesty in the First Reading
Parliament has approved the draft law on amnesty in the first reading. The bill was supported by 82 deputies.
Only members of the Georgian Dream participated in the discussion and voting of the bill, as the opposition does not recognize the results of the parliamentary elections and refuses to enter parliament.
The law will apply to those who committed offenses before December 11, 2020.
Based on the initial version of the bill, the amnesty should apply to crimes under Article 44, and up to 800 prisoners will be allowed to leave prison, however, as the author of the bill, the chairman of the Human Rights Committee, Mikheil Sarjveladze, said during the first reading, up to 20 articles will be added to the bill, including drug crimes and tax and economic crimes.

I’ll have a read later and confirm
I don’t think they do have the data. I think that was one of the arbitration demands that they be given access to it unless I misread it.
Bearing in mind they asked for confidentiality I don’t think any details will be posted on here so still worth the effort to get signed up.
I think the initial individuals who received a response managed to get one by being persistent I wouldn’t read anything into it. They need to verify your holding and assume they currently do not have capacity for all shareholders to be verified at present. I have no doubt Frontera will share the news to all shareholders not just the initial few.I also assume direct group email will be the new way to communicate to us going forward.
