I will forward to the shareholder group email tomorrow. Yes that was explained as the arbitration keeps it out of national court system but I think the girl meant they do no agree which I don’t think is a revelation to anyone.

Have tried all of that but it’s confidential they won’t give out anything at all. We explained we were aware of the arbitration would be in October due to a public document but still nothing. I did get a response along the lines of ‘as the arbitration is being contested....’ must mean it’s still on but not dated, length of time etc at all.

Tim has gone to Flagstaff another PR firm and it is understood he took them with him.

This is getting to us all in one form or another. We can only watch it play out. Think we will get something out of this, don’t ask me what.

CFDs are a derivative of share price movements, with no share price what can they do. I don’t think this reflects in any way which way the court case is going.

He may be correct. A friend with a long CFD in FRR was called today by IG and is having his margin written down to nil, this will take place on or about the 14 June as they deem no current likelihood of a relisting. Oddly whatever they are doing he will get a benefit if we relist and price rises.

I agree I think he is assured of funding hence worst case and we lose we just pay off OMF with NY cash and probably combination of oil sale cash and maybe Zaza £5m. Still not great to be sitting here waiting watching it play out.
