What is the more likely scenario of these 2....

Scenario 1: EVRH employ time served music and tech professionals to build and grow, what they hope, is the VR Spotify / Netflix. The difficulty and amount of work and strategy of which, is much harder in reality than probably any outsider looking in would even begin to realise.

Scenario 2: EVRH employ time served music and tech professionals to sit around daydreaming all day, occasionally popping out for a coffee, in between all getting together as a big group, to have a laugh at shareholders stupidity to invest in them, along with the owners (who are balls deep invested themselves but still happy to see the opportunity to become wealthy beyond their wildest dreams float by because they've taken £2.5m out already)

'2 years cash burn....at least' is what AM said 5 months ago in Proactive Interview.

Fund raise isn't happening folks. What is happening is Quest Launch, roll out of catalogue, Live Schedule, Festival season (exclusive contracts with 70 festivals), and 78 employees all working hard on creating content and refining the product.

Just to note with NextVR, in relation to perspective on the poor headset sales leading to the redundancies - they have been going at it for a good 2 years I’d say. So shooting their biscuit 2-3 years too early basically. Evrh starting to ramp things up now (78 employees) after Go has been on the market 9 months - big difference. Also NextVR I believe had 110+ employees at the time of layoffs. So they overshot the mark quite significantly in terms of timing. Although they did have much bigger pool of investor money to spend.

Besty it is tough but there is a plan I’m sure. Keep the faith. 3 solid appointments last month taking employee numbers to 78. When you go through the employees, they are nearly all time served in either tech and / music. This team, you have to believe, are working hard behind the scenes to produce this 50% of non concert content AM spoke about.

All the newsflow has been top draw. Senior music industry appointments, deals with venues, labels. Partnership confirmed with 2nd biggest advertising company in the world and number 1 VR hardware provider.

It’s hard to watch the sp but you have to believe this experienced team will be making the right moves with releasing the catalogue and other devices. Also cash for 18 months, I can’t think of any reasons why would they need to fundraise in next 12 months.

And just to add my two pennies worth on any valuation, AM said they would be valued at least $1b if they were a west coast US company. Not sure the exact quote or when, but that takes it to AT LEAST 60p per share by my reckoning.

Thanks for explaining Sharebuy, makes sense. A buyout does seem obvious, maybe too obvious. There is also the viewpoint that they are not content providers, but then they surely see a value to having music exclusive to their hardware, if they did buyout.

I just hope shareholders get their fair return if a buyout does happen. Seems to be a lot of funny business, I.e 2m buys nearly zero sells, and no sp movement. Big news released and sp continues to go down, people describing it as a dirty share etc etc

Notice the GO is selling on Amazon for 5 installments of £49.80 instead of one off payment. Facebook should have a bot replying to all these crazies with a link to that offer.

Liam Payne btw is 2nd rate compared to say Ed Sheeran or Adele. But for the main demographic we are gunning for, Liam Payne was not far off an ideal artist for the first live gig imo.

Very strange as others that have pointed out, Liam Payne was very vocal about Melody during the gig and leading up to it on social media, yet radio silence now from him as it's released on the app. A definite reason but this imo, but what that reason is who knows. Maybe it's the labels wanting to display their worth. i.e. without our artist shouting about it, you don't get any traction etc. Lots of chess pieces being moved around and negotiations I imagine.

I hope Italian they are going to bring out the big guns when we are released on all platforms and more headsets in circulation.

2019 sales will be even bigger I'm sure. As the market grows more developers will jump on and it will start to snowball, leading to the beginnings of exponential growth that investors here are all waiting for.

Besty I’m in the same boat, painful viewing. Just a question but why would any of the other shareholders want to keep it low for FB to take? I can understand a scenario where PI’s get shafted, but we only own 15% don’t we, so why would the owners and II’s let themselves get shafted? I’m not saying it’s not happening or couldn’t btw, just wondering.

All this talk of mobile...the quality is poor and there is no great content. Mobile VR is dead (at the moment with current tech) why would they want to associate with this. Millions might think the app and experience are rubbish, then they’ll have potentially blown it. Oculus Go quality is acceptable but only just. The app being released on mobile would have a negative affect imo (with current tech).

No way some of these original content pieces are going to run effectively on current mobile VR.

They want 1 Billion VR users. A vast part of this must come from non gamers. What else rivals music to reach the masses?

In some ways a FB takeover looks inevitable and the lovely stinking US$ FB riches are staring us all in the face. But then we wake up and realise life isn’t that simple and that the sp has cratered 75%+ from the highs, declining steadily still at 5% per week without let up. Reality bites but holding strong.
