I highly doubt there will be a takeover. There will either be stage 2 financing, or no stage 2 financing. If it is the latter, then those with thousands upon thousands of shares are gonna get diluted to f**k.

Ill only semi settle when i reach 10 thousand shares..... anything after that is a bonus! Haha. Right now i want the sp to stay put, hell it can drop to 9p if it wants!

what an odd thing to suggest. Everyone has their own goals, dividend collection is an excellent idea, particularly if you have many many years left on this earth. On the flip side, selling early to buy a house is also admirable... Personally i'd rather earn thousands in dividends a month...…

They are usually paid quarterly, but bare in mind not all stocks pay dividends. Look at giants such as fb... no sniff of a dividend. We are just going on the assumption that divs will be paid.

Jimbo any post is welcome! ☺ i guess the thing to watch out for when it does reach a pound is the initial selling from those banking early. Not that i can blame them, but when it gets close to a pound you will have to decide whether its worth it for you. By then many of us will be bored of holding so at that point i do predict a big sell off.. around the 90p mark.

Hey spruce, great post as always, but I do have one question. As part of my earlier DD on the company, I checked the "major shareholders" and for the life of me, I couldn't see anybody of worth there. For example, no backing by big banks or American corporations such as Berkshire Hathaway. Now, given the popularity of this stock, and all this "potential" people keep going on about, and we KNOW it has, you would think there would be more big names getting behind this before "take off" baffling.

well, if we are worth as much as greggs NOW, and they are 11 pounds odd a share, imagine where we will be once production starts! Exciting thoughts!

In my humble opinion, don't concern yourself with deals and offtake agreements, especially anything titled "MOU" because they mean absolutely sod all, and can be cancelled at a moments notice. It's good PR to announce "deal made" or "MOU between X and Y" but as I say, buyers are liars until money has parted hands. They're still drilling holes, have no port and no revenue. Let's take this one step at a time lol. And GLTA

Just out of curiosity, are any of you just starting out on your journey with sirius? If so how many shares do you have so far, and your ideal number of shares before production?

Do we have any big institutional backers on this? I'd imagine big names would have spotted this by now and bought a significant amount of shares?

I was considering the lump sum route, but once it's gone, it's gone. But dividends could potentially pay off a mortgage everything month so.... yeah there are many options and plans out there.

Its's harder for us average workers, when you think 1000 shares at 40p is 400 pounds. When you're acquiring 1000 per month, a 20p share price or 1000 shares for 200 pounds is lovely, but if it doubles on stage 2 news... that makes things slightly trickier..... still worth it though. I'm just focusing on those future dividends!!!

That would be lovely Bellers!, if only eh. I'm just going to continue to buy up until I reach my desired number. It can stay at 20p for as long as it likes until then, haha! I suppose at the end of the day, we all just need to calm down. However we like to word/dress this up, it's gambling. it's a throw of the dice, 50/50. More technically known as "highly speculative penny stock". So if it does go belly up, it's not a massive issue. Don't invest what you cant afford to lose, or something like that.
