Disappointed about the update...

Yeah Bellers, this is my first investment. Now I am not one for gambling (which lets not dress this up, that is what stocks and shares essentially is) However, I have faith in this company and the fact that its visible and we are constantly been updated can only be a good thing.

Yeah I get that ffcmember, as I say I'm nowhere near my Target of 100k shares but it IS doable at the current price. I don't have a big pension or anything like that, so it comes out of the monthly pay packet... but ideally I would like to be there before any big spikes in the SP to the ££££s

Hmmmm, I see a low sp as a positive thing, it works in my favour because I can continuously add to my holding over the next 3-5 years at between 20-50p. So the longer it stays in the 20's the better. If it goes to £1.00 tomorrow you're not rich... well yes on paper you could be. But ultimately it doesn't matter, because we want to be at a point where it's either at 3-5 pounds AND/OR receiving dividends. That's why the day to day movement is irrelevant for me.

Can anyone alleviate my concerns with the mts. A conveyer belt that long 24/7... i cant see it. Also practically if you think if one small part goes kaput anywhere along that journey.... how in gods name are you going to fault find???

ABLE, the reason LLOYDS share price is so low, is that they had to reserve millions for PPI claims. Most bank share price are around 4 pound, I see no reason why their SP couldn't get there after all this PPI mess is sorted.

I'd be happy if the SP recovered back to 40 odd pence, at least that means my initial shares will regain their value, and my subsequent purchases will technically be a profit.

My concern is that farming has done perfectly well for hundreds and thousands of years, without POLY4. I fear a good percentage of farmers will probably turn around and say "we're doing perfectly well the way we are, business is good, we're in a routine and we don't want to start experimenting with this and that now" Don't underestimate this happening.

Unfortunately all my money is directed towards Sirius minerals, that's what is going to make me personally rich. At £1.00 per share I simply can't afford to do that with this stock right now. I bought a handful of shares at £1.80 and a day later it crashed so.... yeah lesson learned with this. I hope you all do well though

All this pandering to the locals and preservation stuff is precisely why the project is costing an absolutely fortune. Not that they had a choice, they company were a essentially over a barrel. "You want the resource, here are our demands" shame really as perhaps we could be a lot further along than we are... or not?
