Good morning Elir, you make good sense. However to reduce ownership from 50% to 10% means giving up absolute control of the direction of travel and timescales which does not appeal to me. My preferred solution is that we sell all of our 50% in GROC and let someone with the necessary funds take it from here. This depends on the right valuation. JJ
