Petertee, I'm not very well versed on the politics of Mongolia to be honest, but I remember posting a while back that Matd seemed to be having similar issues, but it does show that issues like this seem to be a common thing. So hopefully Mr Buck will have things in hand, so all we can do at present is be a little more patient and see what developments arrive via RNS'S. I, like many others await with bated breath. In Zuunbulag, the capital of Matad soum, Dornod aimag, the Talin Jiguur company has acquired an A coal license. By the decision of the Head of the Cadastre Department of the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority on December 28, 2018, the soum center is ready to be excavated at any time. The Matad soum authorities have repeatedly called for the revocation of the A license, as this has affected the legitimate interests of Matad soum residents and disrupted the normal functioning of government agencies. U.Khurelsukh, Prime Minister of Mongolia, U.Enkhtuvshin, Deputy Prime Minister, A.Sukhbat, Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry, N.Tserenbat, Minister of Nature, Environment and Tourism, Kh.Kherlen, Head of MRPAM, Member of Parliament, I have repeatedly approached the chairman of the committee, Kh. Therefore, the head of the soum's CRH has filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court of First Instance. The trial was scheduled for yesterday, but was postponed until May 6 at the request of MRPAM. A court hearing on whether to revoke the A license of the Matad soum center will be held today
In 2005, the presidium of Matad soum CRH issued a resolution to vacate the land in the soum center. Subsequently, the soum center was owned by the Talin Jiguur company under a coal exploration license and changed to a mining license in January 2019. The current administration of Matad soum has appealed to the court of first instance to revoke the license of “Talin Jiguur” company, claiming that the Mineral Resources Authority of Mongolia has issued a mineral exploration and mining license to the company based on an illegal decision. Today, a court hearing will be held on whether to revoke the A license of the Matad soum center. By the way, due to the above illegal decision, Matad soum is still unable to approve the soum development plan, 932 citizens who own land. Gives a little info that the government are working on things. Wonder if a decision will be made soon for exploitation licence??? GLA

Bahamas Fund Update



Further to the Company's announcement, on 13 March 2020, regarding the allotment of 35,337,328 ordinary shares (the "Fund Shares") to BPC Investment Fund Ltd (the "Fund"), admission to trading on AIM of the Fund Shares will not take place today as previously announced, as the Fund is yet to complete certain necessary administrative processes in The Bahamas. The Fund's ability to undertake this action has been significantly hampered and thus delayed by the State of Emergency declared and ongoing business disruption caused by the national response to the Covid-19 outbreak in The Bahamas. The expected admission date for the Fund Shares will be announced once timing for completion of the necessary administrative processes is known with certainty. The Company notes that, notwithstanding the delay in allotment, the subscription funds, amounting to approximately $0.9 million in respect of the Fund Shares, resides in the Mutual Fund Account.

With the boarder's closed (for now) would it not be in the interest of the Mongolian government to grant PM the exploitation licence ASAP, oil supplies must be running down hence PC wanting to build decontamination centre's at some ports. Maybe it is just a publicity stunt due to certain elections coming up?. Not really sure on that one. If they see PM as a home grown company then I would have thought a fast track to deliver oil would be a huge plus for both parties. Anyway, Manro I hope you will pop into this BB for a chat now and again, I do enjoy your thoughts on PM, I'm here for good fortunes over the next couple of years when this company has turned itself around, I too also thought we would drill this spring but as they say Rome was not built in a day, just going to be a little more patient. The IOC will work at the ports to start oil transportation
In order to prevent Covid-19 infection, the Dornod aimag's Special Commission decided to suspend oil transportation operations on January 30. Tomorrow, a working group headed by the Chairman of the State Special Commission U.Enkhtuvshin will work at Bayankhoshuu and Bichigt ports to start oil transportation operations. Petro China Daqing Tamsag has applied to the UOC to build decontamination points at these ports and start shipping operations.

Fairly good reading today's news, my only real concern is the moratorium, I initially bought in for Velociraptor, I hope we don't have to put it off more than a year or two. As stated this covid 19 isn't hampering proceedings to much for Heron 1, exploitation licence would have been the icing on the cake. Mongolia on shut down and boarder's closed and elections fast approaching I have got a feeling that Petro Matad may not be a producer now till closer to the end of this season, perhaps start early next year. Time will tell, lets see when more updates are announced. GLTA.

Check some posting history and you will see some of us have patience in an abundance, as has been stated by PM them's the dates we have been given and until any form of Comms are released them's the days we hold out for. GLA
