The RNR1 test will cost the NHS peanuts relative to their available budget. CYP2C19 has already been recommended and is weeks away from national rollout. Scotland have already confirmed their national rollout for both.

The UK market alone is very significant for GDR considering mcap, multibagging potential.

The NHS codeveloped these 2 tests! Mark my words, they will be rolled out nationally.

Highly doubt it, as the implementation guide and resulting rollout of CYP2C19 will arrive before then and should send the share price way above 1.5

I think it'll be the implementation guide and that it'll increase the share price initially by about 60% and then over the days and weeks that follow it should multibag as the market starts to realise how much recurring revenue the company will receive.

Stephen, I don't think we'll receive 3 RNSs for these steps, in fact I believe the first 2 steps have completed. We'll likely receive a single RNS shortly after the guide & toolkit is published.

Stocksaint, whilst it probably won’t give a number it will give a target turnaround time. From that you can figure out how much of the market will go to GDR, it’s essentially at least all HASUs and maybe a few others ontop but it works out at about 40% of the market base case.

Hi Eureka, this is because the website originally said something like “Expected publishing date: April 2025” so from that point I was expecting it any day… however, after wondering what’s going on I thoroughly researched the process and found that there is quite a bit of work involved and time between the end of a pilot and when the guide is published.

I worked out that the publish date on the website must have been wrong as it basically was the same as the completion date of the pilot.

July is my best estimate based on research, there are clues online that it’s finished and simply waiting for the necessary sign offs.

They’re in the final signoff phase from my understanding.

1. Data lock & cleaning.

2. Health-economic modelling and drafting the service spec.

3. Multistep NHSE/NICE governance sign-off.

The implementation guide that we're expecting to be published imminently is for CYP2C19 testing.

Companies are usually valued at around 10x revenue and so if you consider GDR will be breaking even between Jan -June 26, that’s around £6m per year.

£6m per year equates to £60m mcap which is 11p (7 bags). Much more revenue to come on top of that.

FDA submission will be a great milestone. It’s worth noting though that the UK markets alone for their tests will be enough to send the share price multiplying up from here 10-15 times. Huge revenue on the horizon compared to mcap.

National commissioning is my best guess :)

The pilot ran in to the first week of May, so I understand from my source. Around 2 months is expected from that point for the publication of the guide and toolkit, which is around now :)

Yes... NHS England’s forthcoming national commissioning decision will make CYP2C19 genotyping a routinely funded test for every ischaemic-stroke and TIA patient. The service specification will offer two routes: (1) a rapid point-of-care (POC) platform—the 60-minute Genedrive analyser—and (2) standard PCR performed in the regional Genomic Laboratory Hub. Each stroke centre will choose the method that lets it meet the ≤ 24-hour turnaround target set in the implementation guide: hyper-acute stroke units that discharge patients quickly are expected to adopt the bedside POC option, while hospitals whose regional lab can reliably return results inside a day may continue with the central-lab pathway.

Approx 40-50% of the UK clopidogrel market (£4m per year) looks like the likely share GDR will receive.

Incidentally CYP2C19 testing is likely just days/weeks away now from national commissioning.

Near - medium term target group c.£170, c.£18m of which is UK based.

NHS adoption hinges on robust, real-world evidence to ensure patient safety and cost-effectiveness. NICE and NHS commissioning bodies require proof the test saves money or provides better outcomes in real NHS settings, this data will enable NICE to confidently recommend full national commissioning.
