The £3m I mentioned is just a rough guess at how much I think they may need before breaking even, however this doesn’t take in to account further revenue, which should ramp up towards that break even point (expected by end of June 2026).
The 90 day window must be there for a reason too, I imagine they’ll allocate shares in 3 tranches, raising a small amount of funds when they absolutely need to and will have in mind potential NHS commissioning for CYP2C19 POC, further adoption, ME sales etc which will all help extend cash runway.
Crucially though positive news during this 90 day window could multiply the share price allowing them to raise way higher and receive more funds. For instance at 1.5p they could raise £3m from issuing just 200m shares, they’ll get more bang for their buck.
