get a good return on that mezzanine financing if they go forward with it (maybe 30% +) and rights to convert to an ownership or equity interest in the company if the loan is not paid back in time and in full... I think this is the reason for the rise

like it was rising so quick due to lack of shares... it was ticking up 10-15% on small buys which attracted more buyers. Then the no reason RNS came out as expected.

this should fly further today as it was double the price when the potential placing RNS came out! Up around 15% so far from this mornings drop/low point

Very small placing today at GWIN, may be a good time to get back in now because people were concerned about the size and price of the placing that management were considering after strong demand for the stock. Shareprice is currently around the placing price. So there are still only a small number of shares about and it moves like a rocket!

If more people catch on to the shortage of shares here at the moment and take advantage of that, I reckon this could go up another 100%. If they do do another placing it won't be until next week, whether it's good/bad will depend how many shares they issue and at what price. I think there's a great opportunity here today/tomorrow for traders... a couple of reasonable buys as this will be flying again

No I wouldn't worry... I'm sure he expects PI's to share this kind of information and it saves him having to reply to everybody. Also most companies mark all their emails automatically as 'private', so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Thanks for posting this! I'm hopeful that this means the value of our holdings won't be completely obliterated. Annoyed with myself as I remember hearing alarm bells when reading about the legacy and HMRC issues months ago but I continued building a holding not expecting it to suddenly be suspended like it was. Have 2.5K here and now just hoping that details of a great LEO deal come out. Even if this does drop a lot it will surely bounce at some point, there could be opportunities here.

lol! What worries me (if I understand this correctly!) is if they do a massive placing at 100p it's going to make the mcap huge... which will inevitably cause a huge drop because it won't be worth that much. I guess to know what is going on here we need to know 1. how much debt they are in 2. how much they can sell Intabet for 3. how big the placing will be and at what price ...I wonder if they will release details of any ii's buying the shares, as that will at least give the company some cash value rather than them just releasing a load of shares on the open market for pi's to buy
