Most likely brokers selling off placing shares to their clients

Has anybody heard any news about the court case appeal yet? I emailed the directors a few months ago but didn't receive a response.

The only downside at the moment is the plummeting oil price. Ethanol profitability is tightly linked to the price of oil.

Since the start of 2017, the Company has won a total of seven contracts in the north and west of China to design, supply and install ethanol processing equipment and to commission the upgraded plants. Four contracts represent a significant increase in activity with existing customers which have, between them, a total new production capacity of 529,000 tonnes of ethanol per year. The increase in ethanol production capability will primarily be for use in the food industry. The Company attributes the increase in its activity to the recent change to Chinese legislation that restricted the use of food products, particularly corn, for the production of ethanol and to its increased marketing efforts in north China.

Does anybody know if they won or lost the appeal? Presumably they haven't won as it would have been mentioned. I'm just surprised if it's still yet to be resolved.

Has anyone heard any news about the court case? I know somebody was having a meeting with Nick and planned to ask about it.

A few years ago this would be up 100%+ on that news. Great news but I think PI's have seen it happen here so many times over the years without coming to much that they're more cautious now.

They were buys first thing, one was mine. I think a few have sold to buy SMA which has rocketed, their profits hopefully coming back here afterwards. I can't see SMA rising much further on that news.

After a challenging first half, the factory load, particularly in the LED-based lighting activity, has significantly improved, delivering a much stronger performance in the second half and the previously reported problems with the integration of the fabrication capability into the electro-mechanical facility have been largely overcome. As a result, the Board expects that results for the year will be ahead of market expectations. Order entry has been very strong throughout the year and totalled a record £26.8m for the year as a whole. The order book at the end of the year totalled more than £18m, which is also a record. This does not include an additional approximate £7.5m of project work for which LPA has been selected, but for which the delivery programme is insufficiently defined for the orders to be entered at this stage. Deliveries of these projects extend from 2016 to 2019.

Will only take a handful of buys to reach 100p ...should be more like 140p
