0.85 would give it a £28m mcap ...but yeah if they pay the £10.5m debt too it's close to £40m. Looking at the size of the contracts TPS have had I reckon that's pretty cheap.

obviously a leak from the company's employees or people connected to any talks ...so my guess is it must be positive news (with regards to the value of the company versus share price) otherwise it would have dropped in the morning and then again after the RNS. It's quite possible they're already discussing a deal with an interested party or a price. I expect more details will come out soon. The RNS today was in response to the share price so they obviously weren't ready or planning to release any details yet.

...and quite likely they're getting a lot of interest ...which could be what is triggering the strategic review. I'm sure details of interested parties and discussions will emerge in the near future

Because of the publicity they'll get... It's an ideal time to sell

There's been about 2 million more shares bought in the few minutes so still plenty of demand

The shareprice was only at that low level because of the uncertainty over the company's future (finances)... The publicity from being a finalist at these awards may have attracted this buyer...and others too I'm sure. The technology has always been extremely good from what I've gathered. IMO and considering the shareprice used to regularly be around the current level anyway, 3p or £100m sounds perfectly reasonable.
