They definitely know more than they’ve told us. For instance said he will comment when all the info is in the public domain. But on top of that they’ll have an idea about time scales, which they could share if they wanted.

That sounds pretty tight to me as they mentioned needing to get consents and approvals first. This is the kind of detail they should have clarified in the RNS... it would save PIs a lot of headache (and the BOD less emails and tweets to deal with) if they anticipated the questions we're bound to have and simply explain things thoroughly.

Does anybody have an idea how long the EWT at Balcombe will likely run for before they may head back to a hopefully fixed Brockham? I have in mind perhaps a few months once they have the necessary consents. Thanks.

I would like to think they are going to fix Brockham and do the Balcombe cleanup in parallel, then EWT Brockham whilst getting all the necessary consents for Balcombe and then finally do the Balcombe EWT. However I think some have posted that the equipment has already left Brockham and is heading for Balcombe.

I think there needs to be a Q&A session with the BOD, to get everything cleared up. RNS - the only bit I’m unclear about is whether they’re planning to fix Brockham and then immediately do the Brockham EWT OR clean up Balcombe and move the equipment there and do the Balcombe EWT first whilst Brockham waits. If the latter, then is that because it will take longer to fix Brockham than it will take to clean up Balcombe and get the permissions etc? Or is it because they think Balcombe will be better/easier? How long are the EWTs likely to be?

The share price action recently looks like traders are playing it up and down for 5-10% profit whilst things are quiet on the news front. It’ll bounce up soon probably coinciding with another oil tanker.

I’m starting to think this pump might the reason they stopped for Christmas and new year. They put the application in on the 2nd after new year. Maybe not already having the pump sorted is why Tidswell and DL suddenly wanted Vonk out. Who knows... but lots of unknowns at the moment imo.

Application for the pump was sent to SCC on the 10th, so seems to coincide with their last RNS about the finance etc. Strange that they didn't mention this pump then. If I understand this right, basically it means any natural flows from the well stopped and now a pump is needed. I don't understand why he didn't mention anything about it in the RNS. I was under the impression that targeting a large zone would create stronger natural flows. Why didn't they anticipate needing a pump and applying for it sooner? All very strange.

We don’t know what the assets are though really. There are trust issues going on at the moment, which adds to all the uncertainty imo.

The Company is targeting final Selva production approvals by the first half of next year and to complete the well and field connection pipework with first gas targeted by late in CY20.

If they were so sure about Brockham going smoothly surely they’d do the YA deal after results at more favourable terms for pi’s. Very fishy all of this, and the Xmas break

It doesn’t say oil equivalent in the document, it mentions oil and gas quite separately.

I remember Vonk mentioning the oil production will be constrained at first by the gas generator, in one of his video interviews. Though it didn’t seem to be a big deal as though it would only be constrained initially (for a few weeks maybe) plus with all the talk about 1000 bopd, it didn’t appear to be a concern from some of the knowledgable posters. However it’s clear to me now that they’re not going to be achieving anything over 300 bopd any time soon, which is disappointing.
