About 500k GBP of delayed sells from yesterday morning.

I was expecting to hear something about the exceptionally late harvest by now. The last I heard was the harvest was planned for September and they were also expecting to gain land access the same month.

Great news. I think there will still be equity fundraising for raising the approx 2.5m for Spain though, if they go ahead with it.

Nice to have the UKOG confirmation though I think it was pretty much what everyone was expecting so not much of a rise over there. Angus looking very undervalued

I don't think Bergen is the problem with the shareprice, I think Bergen has been used as an excuse to walk the price down, even on buys. Bergen have not even sold very much, which suggests to me that they probably think they will get an even higher price.

Very strange how it has been walked down on mainly buys. This news was not priced in at all so I have no idea why the share price is only 1% up, I’d expect it to be at least 30% up today.

In theory it should make the mcap go up, though if everyone knows that a 2 million euros fundraise will follow and probably at a discount then they may hold off on buying until the fundraise details have been made public. So I can't see there being massive demand to buy until the funding is sorted for it.

My only concerns are the funding required to increase the Spanish share if they choose to do that upon positive results as at these prices it's probably going to be at least 50% dilution. So on one hand I'm excited by Spain, naturally I want the results to be fantastic but then I'm nervous to buy more until I know funding details for increasing ownership, and I'm not sure how much it'll rise on positive Spain news if everyone knows a massive fundraise will follow to increase ownership.

So it's not the share price reaching 25% (or 40/50% etc) above 8p, it's the 30 day VWAP. The share price will need to go much higher to get the VWAP up that high. For example when we hit nearly 12p a couple of weeks ago the 30 day VWAP was only 9.5 ish.

Great update from Angus. So at the very latest the 7 day well test will begin on the 23rd September, most likely sooner imo.

I suspect Bergen have sold far more by now than people think. It would be pretty poor judgement if they watched the share price drop from 10/11 ish all the way down to 7.5 on Monday before deciding to sell any lol... they will have been selling immediately imo.

I find it hard to believe that Bergen did not sell anything until Monday (the transaction date) why would they wait. Perhaps this transaction date includes a few days for the transaction to settle and so they may have sold them last week ...or a worked trade over a period of days. I expect they've sold a lot more since then.

It looks primed for a big bounce imo. If some of the herd arrive it'll be back in the high 30s in a flash on a few mins of sustained buying. Technically and fundamentally looking very strong. Expecting a TR1 this week.

The RNS is just Angus letting us know that Bergen officially notified the company on the 10th that their holding increased on the 8th. Still no update on how much they have sold.
