The market knew that the deal would involve Hemo paying Eli something for their interest in the IP. The deal is great news, it shows things are moving to the next level and also adds a lot of weight to the likelihood of this being very lucrative in the future. Once it gets to clinical trials, if they go well I have no doubt big pharmas will be knocking on Hemo's door and a high chance Eli would be interested in either buying Hemo or buying Hemo's share of the IP.

Might see a gradual rerate in the shareprice now over the coming weeks and months. This morning's spike will have been mainly due to traders getting in and out.

I don’t know, but I’m not feeling confident it’ll be CE marked this month… it might be, that’s the best I can figure out lol.

This is what they’re doing at the moment… this is a kind of disclaimer from the circular.

I don’t think so, I had a response today saying “The main reason for the current delays is sample collection and the need to prospectively collect these in the Genedrive buffer”

They're waiting on patient samples I think, for the COV19-ID test clinical study... it could easily slip into November from my understanding... I don't think they know how long it will take. Not expecting major AIHL sales until marketing begins later in the year, they're still rolling it out to the initial locations. They're going to use these to build performance data to support marketing and promotion.

COV19-IV has not yet been CE marked. AIHL has though.

The European website was most likely refering to the CE mark of the Genedrive instrument (or an error), I had this confirmed.

End of September or early October became just October in the most recent RNS about it. I want to know what has held it up, clinical data not finished or taking longer than expected or glitches tweaks to the test needed... we should be told this stuff.

I can't understand why the DDDD shareprice has been in gradual decline since the directors bought in, it's down 50% which on the surface doesn't make a whole lot of sense as you'd expect sentiment and confidence to improve after that.

“We forecast £12.5m sales in FY 2023 based on c.0.5m tests (<0.1% of past year's PCR tests in UK/Europe.“

It actually sounds like they’ve based this figure on a simple aim to sell 500,000 POC tests. And by saying it represents less than 0.1% of the total PCR tests used in Uk and Europe the past year makes it sound easily obtainable. However I expect there will be far less PCR tests needed next year compared with this as cases should be much lower.

It also doesn’t say how many Genedrive units are included in the 500k. Purely tests works out as £29 per test but the genedrive devices cost a few £thousand each don’t they?

The vast majority of the forecasted revenue is for the POC test, shame it’s not AIHL which seems to be much more likely to be a success. Only £2m revenue forecast from AIHL for the full 2023 year, so in 2 years when we get those final results they’re only expecting £2m. That doesn’t sound very ambitious.

They said it was launching September too, but as far as we know it hasn’t launched yet.

I'm seeing resistance at 26p and 36p and support at 17p and 10p

I think there will be a re-rate at some point in the next 2 months, I'm just not sure what share price it will be from. There are a few things over the next 2 months that could make the share price drop further than the gradual drip-drop we're seeing at the moment... and a few things that could make it rise...

Bad:
1. HCV loses pre-WHO
2. POC pushed back further (it's already slipped from late Sep/early Oct to October with no explanation)
3. Final results - Even though bad results should be factored in to current price it always seems to get hammered by the mm's.
4. PCR removed from BC's website - probably won't happen, I expect they have a 12 month plan to keep it there though again who knows!

And potential good news...
1. POC CE marked and launched this month
2. AIHL launched this month
3. A solution to the HCV WHO issue
4. MOD etc...

I've increased my holding the past week, as I see a high possibility of shareprice lifting news over the next few weeks/months. I'm a long term holder from Onzima days too.

Well I guess it depends whether David is refering to the meteorological or astronomical season of Autumn - again it's more vagueness!

Autumn officially began Wednesday, 22 September 2021 and ends on Tuesday, 21 December 2021

Ok lol, I still think it's weird though! They said they expected initial AIHL sales on launch, and now they say first sales are expected in Autumn. It's so vague, I expected it to be launched upon getting CE marking (which is what happened with the PCR test last year). First sales in Autumn could be mid-December.

Final results could be released in the next 4-6 weeks, last year the shareprice dropped 15% intra day on those. We're going to need some really decent news before then otherwise I see it dropping under 20... seems to be some support around 17/18p.

They said "genedrive is now commencing its roll out of the Genedrive MT-RNR1 IC Kit in partnership with Inspiration Healthcare plc as its distributor in the UK and Ireland, and is expecting its first sales in autumn 2021."

This sounds weird to me, surely they would need to have first sales before they roll it out... unless there is a free trial period.

The POC CE marking has slipped from late Sep/early Oct to October...."Full clinical validation on patient specimens is required for regulatory registration and/or other emergency listings. The Company is optimistic that this can be completed successfully and is targeting CE marking in October 2021, with prospective patient sample collection already underway."

I want to average down further but all of this makes me nervous about what will drive the price up before final results.

They'll never run out of funds imo, as they can simply keep diluting and offering discounted placings. Hopefully though, they'll eventually start making a decent profit from some of their products.
