Shredz on Twitter is correct with what he is saying. It appears the government are deliberatley keeping the door open.

This is getting interesting now, though Luke didn’t actually mention UK in the replies people have posted on Twitter so I’m not sure he’s referring to the CTDA arriving this week. It might do though, after all it was expected to take up to 20 days. If he knew it was coming this week then so would Colin, and surely he’d have to RNS it… especially as it was leaked on social media.

I think it's likely we'll have the CDTA desktop review approval by the end of next week. Thursday will be 20 days from the submission deadline.

I'm still researching about Omega, and just read "Current SP supported by non-covid" ...apart from the Chinese aproval for the food detective test what has happened that is "non-covid" since Covid? I see the share price was 10p before Covid. Thanks

I think they’ll say next week they’re still waiting for enough patient samples to complete the biosafety. Which is concerning because it will take a few weeks after that to get CE and then another few weeks minimum to get CTDA (it says all Covid tests that will be sold in Uk need CTDA so that must include POC tests even thought it’s neither a PCR or LFT).

The recent HCV sales might be mentioned though these won’t be in the results as they’ve came during this trading year.

On one hand I’m thinking everyone knows the results will be rubbish so share price shouldn’t drop on the news however I thought that with the interims and it still dropped a lot. Admittedly people still thought there might be mention of PCR sales in that last presentation and the mcap was much higher then, so further to fall.

ODX or Dam don’t seem concerned. Though must admit I’m slightly worried that it could take a month or more to receive this approval and ODX may miss out on the winter demand. I also wonder if there will be a shortage of tests in the UK with so many companies now unable to sell their tests until approval.

Isn’t this a strange time for the UK to bring in this new regulation? Right before the Winter surge, I’m wondering how many Chinese tests are on the approved/temporary approved list? I can’t seem to view the spreadsheet on my phone. It says it can take upto 20 days for review though it could be longer if there are a lot of submissions. ODX should inform us of the date they submitted the information.

Beckman will have sold some of the kits they've bought from Genedrive. Just not enough yet to warrant ordering any more, as far as we know.

POC taking longer than we expected.

AIHL isn't delayed, it has launched.

There will be a proper update week after next.

Who ever bought at 0.2 and experienced the rise to 300 is probably feeling very different. I'm happy with how AIHL is going, however I want an update on COV19-ID POC - have they collected enough samples yet for the validations? They were optimistic it would be done this month.

Well the AIHL test has been launched and is comercially available, I had confirmation from Wallbrook a couple of weeks ago (with quite a detailed response from Genedrive). So it is a rolling launch, and there will be some sales, but you would expect to see more PR and marketing trumpeting the product once there is some KOL feedback and clinical support to promote and progress (from the NHS KOLs that the AIHL system has been placed with).

That’s it. So there is a good chance ODX’s test will be on the list, aswell as tests that ODX are providing cassettes for.

I’m sure I read somewhere that the government is now allowing UK tests to be included who have begun validation/regulatory processes and are still waiting.

I’m still researching here. Which test are holders expecting/hoping to see on tomorrow’s list?

TWatcher, their use of past tense was because they were refering to how they felt on the 7th June. There is no reason to suggest they don't have other (and additional) contracts...

They are according to that 22nd September article, I doubt anything has changed there in 3 weeks.

It’s likely a combination of traders taking their short term profits but also people realising the timescale involved in taking CDX to clinical trials. I also think some people were fooled in to thinking that Hemo were signing a deal that would give them a load of money from EL. Throw in herd mentality and this is the result. That’s my opinion anyway.

The market knew from a previous RNS that Eli were not going to exercise their option to license it. This is mainly Hemo's project so it makes far more sense for Hemo to continue through to clinical trials themselves with Eli's continued support (in exchange for milestone payments to Eli for their part in the development so far). Once it gets going my expectation is that Eli will buy the whole company or buy the complete IP rights from Hemo and then sell it themselves. Huge upside from the current shareprice over time IMO.
