Why do you have to be a ramper if invested? Those spouting bolox like £50 incoming, RNS tomorrow, to the moon etc are just as annoying as those claiming impending doom. The SP is what it is, more sales is the only thing that will reliably get it back up. Only people panicking are those who bought at £4.00 and hoping to sell at £4.50 to make a £50 profit.
Yup. Could hit 6p next week for all I care, I'm holding on to this we'll in to the 2nd wave now. Will reevaluate next year. Was going to pay myself and wife a nice dividend in December but might just lump another £30k in to my sipp at these prices
Problem is everyone waiting for it to hit £4-£5 so they can sell. I think people will bottle out at the £3.80 mark for a quick profit (and I don't blame them) so unless we suddenly start selling £40m a month until Xmas we won't see anywhere near £5, even if numbers might support that. There will need to be a damn good reason for someone to sell at over £4, and if there was, why would you sell?
I'm avr £3.50 fwiw and had an original target of £5. 50 by end July to sell half my holding ,now rethinking things.
The violent protesters and those ignoring social distancing in the cities are absolute ******* selfish *****. An insult to the NHS and the minority groups employed. Why am I bothering to stay at home when I could be chucking bricks at police and nicking TVs from Curry's? I hope everyone is identified so when they end up in hospital being cared for by a nurse on their 12hr shift they can just send them home.... But not before testing them with genesig obviously... Need some use from them
Still think antibody tests are pointless given we've now had reports of people being infected for a 2nd time, although with milder symptoms, and even if the person is now shown to be immune, the clothes they are wearing and hands may not be free of the virus. Instills a false confidence but leaves those yet to be infected at a greater risk.
Still, all thee black lives matter protests / riots and the morons ignoring social distancing will help our SP in the long run. Last 8 weeks will have been a waste of time for likes of me who haven't left the house
I'm back in now, will probably hit 90-95p by Friday, and then hopefully with some good news back to 130-140 next Monday so I can sell, and then rinse and repeat. This share doesn't need to go above 150 for people to make money, but from reading some ramping comments I think one or two posters are balls deep at near £2.
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/18/japanese-flu-drug-clearly-effective-in-treating-coronavirus-says-china
Drug effective in treating mild to moderate symptoms, doesn't work in acute cases. Would go hand in hand with a test like this, treat a positive test but with zero symptoms / early onset. A treatment based on existing drugs will come to market quicker than a vaccine.
Only question, would treating a patient with it still mean the body has learned how to combat the infection, or does that only come if the body fights off the infection by itself?
