I have appreciated reading your posts and your candor today. The only reason we invest is to make a profit, so well done with your investment here. I can also understand the concerns with the silence from the board. There has been consistent concerns with both the BOD and broker with their tone, manner and attempted disregard of shareholders. I do believe the RNS today was very significant. I wish you well with you other investment and am sure most other posters would be glad to see you back invested and contributing again if that was your wish.

Today’s RNS feels like housekeeping on the part of AG. He seems intent on removing any potential obstacles or delays to the BOD completing the RTO (target still unknown, despite endless speculation here). He is acting in prudent haste and seems very concerned to protect existing shareholders interests once again. Well done BOD for the update. We now await news of the RTO. One thing is sure, the timescale of the RTO now seems much closer than before todays update. Have a great weekend all!

It could also signify AG doesn’t want any further dilution to shareholders, which the issuing of the warrants would result in when exercised. Either way the ducks are lining up nicely.

Has he bought the warrants from our broker? This shows serious intent to get a deal completed.

Great news. Also note that the date when he increased his holding was 24th May. He may have already increased it further (since 24th) which he does not have to immediately disclose. I’m sure he would have anticipated the rise following this first RNS, so buying earlier this week, before the initial disclosure, would have been a very smart move. :-) All the best!

I have had my open offer shares credited to my Trading account this morning. I have also received just 10.38% of the additional shares I requested. Hence the demand was extremely strong. Have a great weekend all.

Agreed. It very encouraging that since the start of the year the bod have been buying shares and another holder has added since their initial purchase in December. And the chat board shows just how under the radar this is. Which is great for us holders.

Definitely no stock as am getting 0.34 offer to sell a small amount. Needless to say I’m not selling.

Positives AG involvement confirmed. Board has clearly been communicating with him. AG has removed potential and costly delay by purchase of remaining PSL subsidiary. Revenue from open offer higher than previously gained (if previous placing had been allowed). Negatives Price of open offer. Board will still get authority to issue additional share up to 1.7 billion (33% of existing shares) - will this not potentially let a certain financial institution of the hook?! Tone of RNS from board - clearly still annoyed by previous rejection from shareholders. Please feel free to add anything I have missed off.

It’s showing the stock up 320% at $0.21 Can’t find any news to support why this massive jump. Good for Whetstone though.

Someone still seems to be accumulating shares. Hopefully will get an RNS to confirm holdings increase.

The trade for £14.98k at 11:04 looks like a buy from the bid/spread at the time. Maybe we’ll see a holdings RNS soon as that is over 1% of the company. Lots of trades seem to be hidden or are being deliberately delayed from being published. But the volume today is impressive and the price is holding up well.

I note the RNS was titled “company update” Usually it’s “Share Price Movement” Interesting... Tactical???

The sooner we get a new CEO the better and hopefully we will change our sole brokers too. Looks like a tantrum from the broker who didn’t get there own way and now they’ve thrown the toys out the pram.

One thing MA is known for is moving quickly when he wants something (the speed with which he bought HoF from administrators).. There is always the chance of a rival bid so I believe this will be resolved quickly either way.

Following this with interest as dipped my toe in at 3p few days ago. What chance of a firm offer for Debenhams now from another party? Remember MA has given an indicative but not firm, binding offer.

Hi, first post here but regular reader of board from Rem days. Does the current situation actually offer Cadence an opportunity to increase their stake in Macarthur? They did this with Bacanora. Either way their holding is now of greater significance and value than this time last week. It will be interesting to see what develops over the next few weeks and the reaction in Canada tomorrow afternoon with a complete days trading in Macarthur.

Nice steady buying has pushed this up today. Hopefully the large seller is now out and we can move up from here. If so, this bodes well for tomorrow and next week.
