This is all potentially great for Byotrol, provided they can manufacture and supply this massive surge in demand for hand gel. I think the share price should do well, but I hope the company can maximise sales from this current situation. It might even put them in the market for being acquired by a bigger player. Either way their products seem very well reviewed. Prevention is better than a cure definitely fits the purpose of hand gel.
Start of the week will be interesting for this stock.

MM’s immediately dropped the price, maybe to gather shares for an afternoon surge! Who knows in AIM.

Nicely ticking up on each buy at the moment.

It’s due to the size of the buy, almost 1% of the company. A buy this size would be at a premium as the Market Makers would need time to fill this buy, as they wouldn’t hold that number of shares.
Bodes well for tomorrow.

I believe this is just the start of the rise here.
The market was very slow Friday to pick up on this game changing news.
Over the weekend many will have had this share and it’s potential bought to their attention.
I also believe there will be a sentiment driven rise too.
I’m not predicting £1 by the end of the week but I expect to see multiples of the current price.
A key thing is what is the FDA approval alone worth to us. (I believe multiples of our market capital)

This is a key consideration. I think this approval alone should add multiples to the current price.

Now it’s been granted the key will be generating sales quickly, crystallising ‘pipeline orders’ (which were subject to FDA approval), forming new partnerships, etc
They also had other partnerships and ventures they are looking to progress, like gadolinium free imaging.

I think today’s news makes it highly likely that a larger company/corporation will look to buy us out. The next few weeks will be very interesting in my opinion.

Whilst we all wait, I think of the famous Warren Buffet quote "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient."
I know many are feeling impatient for news but this process with Bould Opportunities is now drawing to a conclusion, for good or bad. I’m comfortable with the position I’ve taken, not invested more than I can afford to lose and will await developments. I remain optimistic we will have a very positive outcome and the continued involvement and presence of AG gives me that assurance. Also to be fair the board have been better at communicating when they are able to do so. For the board, AG and share holders our interests are aligned, we all want (and need) a positive outcome.

What an end to the week that would be.

Great news this morning.
Shows massive future potential. Just a note of caution that we don’t yet have the patent, but this has been applied for and we need to see the potential sales transform into revenue.
However with our current market capital quite small this offers an excellent opportunity, both for new investors and also potential competitors or bidders to start building a stake in IQAI.

Ps, This is my first post on this bb but have been invested since 1.7p and still holding strong.

I know a number of well researched posters have expressed their thoughts on potential targets.
I am wondering if the idea is for BOU to become a conglomerate with interests in multiple assets/sectors.
An additional and/or alternative market listing has been mentioned and may enable access to the additional market capital needed to grow rapidly though the acquisition of whole or partial stakes in businesses.
I would welcome any comments on this.

I also find the purchase of the warrants extremely interesting. I have considered several ideas ... 1 Does AG want to limit the further issue of more shares and thus he will allow the warrants to lapse? 2 Does he want the current broker not to benefit from a potential significant uplift in the share price following the announcement of a RTO target? The brokers behaviour towards and communication to shareholders has been disgraceful more than once! 3 Is the current broker about to be replaced? Hence AG is removing any leverage they could potentially use? 4 Has this been done to avoid the broker potentially shorting more stock? 5 Will this be followed by AG purchasing the shares held by the current BOD allowing the appointment of a new AG and associates chosen BOD? 6 Has this been done to assure shareholders of AG’s serious intent for BOU? This update was overwhelming positive and well received yesterday. 7 Could it be a combination of none or all of the above! The next weeks/months will be interesting for sure and it feels as though tangible news regarding the RTO target is much nearer now.
