The Mexican Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard, announced that Mexico would start the production of lithium batteries in 4Q23, made possible by investment from the country's trade partners and Mexico's recently announced Sonora Plan.

During the IX Pacific Alliance Business Summit, Ebrard announced that Mexico is prepared to receive lithium-related investments. To date, the country has agreed on funding coming from South Korea, China and the US, the latter as part of an agreement to produce lithium batteries in Sonora.

Ebrard did not discuss the exact amount of the coming investments, arguing that this is confidential information from private companies. However, he elaborated that those investments will materialize between 3Q23 and 4Q23.

I invested some of my partners redundancy money in this about 2 weeks before it shot through the roof. Not something id ever do now but i was lucky enough to make a few quid out of it. I left a bit in there but it never ever recovered after that. At the time i was paying a lot of attention to stuff lenigas was involved in. Quickly learned to steer clear over time

yet you haven't learned, you seem to have an infatuation with him but on the KDNC bb for some reason.

Well considering you don't have a holding in KDNC!

Maybe you and @Bannor can get some joint therapy sessions.

I have said before i used to visit this board years back and I think Lenigas was responsible in getting a few people involved in this share

Just a question for some people who have been here a while. I know David Lenigas had a lot to do with this earlier on. As well as Solo oil, UKOG and inspirit. I can see nothing really materialised with any of these. Has he had any success with any other stuff? I stopped looking but wasn't he dabbling in medicinal marijuana and gold? Have any of his ventures resulted in any sort of success for the shareholder?

in saying that pre consolidation the price of this is 0.1175. So KDNC would have to get x 10 just to get over a penny if there wasn't a consolidation? Maths isn't my strong point so bear with me. I think i said before it was a share i was looking at a while ago but i never got involved. Reading the boards its seems a lot the same here. I am invested in COPL at the moment and the boards there are horrendous.

Some of the people who have been here for a while must be massively underwater now. I hope this changes for the better

I do believe getting two or three companies to production from start-ups is a high percentage in mining investments from the handful DL brought on board.

Let's see if they get over the line!

This is a totally transformed company with the current board, I'm not sure you should be so concerned with DL, our current assets look solid with perhaps the exception of Sonora lithium having reasonable doubt.

I thought the Chairman's statement addressed some of the negative points being posted of late and in particular the delay with Amapa.

LTH's should know the Indian banks dragged their feet on agreeing to terms, what I didn't know is the banks insisted on recovering their debt from the stockpiles -

In our ongoing discussions with stakeholders of the Amapá Project, including shareholders of Cadence, there has been concerns expressed in relation to the timing of the development of the project as we would have originally expected to be in production at this point in time.

In the absence of a settlement, as per the investment agreement with our joint venture partners, Cadence did not want to risk capital in the project and therefore did not invest any substantial monies until this matter had been resolved. Still, no one takes any notice these days so the troll tactics serve no purpose.

I do believe this is exceptional value at these silly prices.
