Wenjuan Liu and her research colleagues at the School of Sustainability at Arizona State University found that lithium mining in the area bore strong negative correlations with the vegetation and soil moisture – meaning, the more mining, the rarer plants and water become in the soil.

The BMW Group has commissioned two US universities to conduct a scientific analysis of water consumption in the lithium extraction process. The aim of the University of Alaska-Anchorage and University of Massachusetts-Amherst study will be to investigate the impacts of lithium extraction on the hydrologic environment in Latin America.

I see the attraction with Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency but having looked at the views of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and Elon Musk (three wise men) I'll stick with companies involved with primarily energy and transport disruption and materials for this.

I don't see any reason to be offended by your post and just wonder why having held you would see ARB as a better investment over KDNC?

To be honest, my view is that BCN is a solid investment and KDNC is a least a no-lose investment from here, of course, some are holding at a substantial loss and so recovery would be welcome for those in that position, as a LTH I did pick up between 0.3p and 0.5p and therefore my view is a little rosier.

I'm not trying to dampen your enthusiasm as I do believe we will see many deals being signed in early 2021 - you might have noticed also this week that GM expect 40% of their vehicles sales to be electric by 2025.

This will effectively advance electric bus progress in Columbia, Latin America and even the whole America.

BYD announced that it sold 26,690 new energy vehicles in November 2020, up by 137.88% compared with the figure of 11,220 in the same period of last year.

Just some numbers to think about:

GM sell around 3 million autos annually in the USA and if they do hit 40% EV's we are looking at 1.2M and so 60,000 tonnes LCE averaging 50Kg per EV.

I would say that's conservative with the launch of the Hummer EV, add to that the Ford F-150 EV battery likely to be around 180Kwh with 9,000,000 F-150's sold annually.

Say 40% are to be EV's in 2025 that's 54,000 tonnes, not forgetting Rivian and Tesla pick up - crazy numbers!
