My money is on ZNWD supplying electrolyte materials, lithium fluoride and if you look at Tinci they also provide CATL in China and built a factory in CATL's hometown:

So repeating in Europe for local supply:

On November 6, Tinci Materials announced that its fully-own subsidiary Jiujiang Tianci signed a Li-ion battery electrolyte supply agreement with Tesla recently; in the agreement, Jiujiang Tinci and Tesla stipulated terms on product pricing, supply mode and product standards; no compulsory terms were made in the agreement on Tesla's purchase volumes, and final sales amount will be settled upon actual purchase orders placed by Tesla

They seem to be a big player in electrolytes and will certainly have a big demand in Europe.

Ganfeng Lithium prepares solid-state battery test line

The Chinese company is ramping up R&D efforts to try and fast-track commercialization of the more productive – and more expensive – battery tech. The news was announced as part of an uninspiring first-half update thanks to falling lithium salt prices.

The company said it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Volkswagen to supply the carmaker and its subsidiaries with EV batteries for the next decade. The German company in return will co-operate on recycling efforts and solid-state R&D, according to the Ganfeng results, published on the Hong Kong exchange today.

The Zinnwald Feasibility Study (PDF) was published in June 2019 and confirmed the positive economics for the production of 5,112tpa (~7,285 tpa Lithium Carbonate Equivalent) of battery-grade lithium fluoride at Zinnwald, with pre-tax NPV of €428 million (8% discount rate), IRR of 27.4% and 46% EBITDA margin.

It's looking very much like solid-state batteries are becoming a reality in production EV's with Toyota suggesting they will have theirs available in 2021, I would expect the manufacturing of solid-state will require high purity lithium, this is something Peter Secker has mentioned and did talk about the quality from Sonora being of such a grade that it was commented on by Japanese customers.

I have wondered why Hanwa hasn't taken a bigger stake, although production was due to start 2018/2019 so perhaps they are weighing up their options, well the Japanese gov are supporting new developments:

The government is putting together a fund of about 2 trillion yen ($19.2 billion) that will support decarbonization technology. Policymakers will consider using those funds to provide subsidies of hundreds of billions of yen that will fund the development of the new batteries.

I think we have an interesting few months ahead, I was hoping 80p close 2020!
